Villa Katia sleeps 6 in three large bedrooms.
The Villa has recently been refurbished and all rooms are finished to a very high standard. The entire house is fully air-conditioned and equipped with fixed mosquito nets and window grills throughout.
The house has two bathrooms, an en-suite and family bathroom both with large walk in showers and modern fittings, including heated towel rails.

Master Bedroom
The Master Bedroom, with spacious ensuite, has beautiful views out onto the rear garden of the property and swimming pool. The room is fully furnished with a large double bed with two bedside cabinets, chest of drawers and capacious wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom has a large walk in shower, WC, wash basin and heated towel rail.
Double Room
The Double Bedroom has beautiful views onto the garden and olive grove at the front of the property. The room is furnished with a large double bed, two bedside tables and large freestanding wardrobe.
Twin Room
The Twin Bedroom is large enough to accomodate two adults comfortably either as a double bed or as two singles. The room is furnished with a chest of drawers, wardrobe and a bedside table. An extra bed is also available on request.
